Letters and warrants collection, 1798-1846.

This collection includes four letters sent to members of the Loomis family, a letter requesting credit, another inquiring whether Gamaliel Jaqua served in the Revolutionary War, a piece of verse, and two warrants. Both warrants were for committing the guilty men to hard labor in Newgate Prison, Granby, Connecticut. One was convicted of attempted rape and the other of counterfeiting money.
